phloyd I know you didn't address this question to me but I wanted to take an opportunity to address my point of view. I don't believe any money will be trading hands for three reasons, BEHL does not have the enough property at their site, 2 both companies will be benefiting from the revenue and all the money matters will be worked out on paper with the profits, & 3 it gives BEHL a presence on the east coast a place where potential customers can see the BEHL PBR, oh yea 4 the item steveo mentioned before about the controls that RWE has a certain expertise in.
