Apparently a whole lotta someones intentionally disregard the law, if there's 5 billion owed. CURRENTLY! (and a bunch of them let it happen to begin with)

a. SNSR doesn't owe 5 billion, and

b. to my knowledge they don't currently, or have they ever had a government contract.

Wonder how much LM owes..and how quickly it would be swept under the rug if Washington wanted a new toy of theirs...
