Greetings all,

Long time lurker, first time poster here. I've bought a few shares of XMDC over the last couple months at a friends recommendation. I have enjoyed some solid gains, and hope that the excitement on the board here is rewarded. My question is that of a devil's advocate:

If the bioharp is as incredible as everyone seems to think, then why is Dr. Lee selling to a relatively tiny $30MM company and not a J&J or GE or other medical devices bigwig?

I hope my first ever post isn't being taken as negative. I'm just trying to make sense of it all.
