heydude, I don't think you get it...

"There is a real need for instant communication in disaster areas."

So What!

There is a real need for a cure for cancer, aids etc...
There is a real need for a car that gets 200 miles/gallon...
There is a real need for thousands of things...

Just because there is a real need for something doesn't mean an insolvent proven scam, which has been delisted and is still under investigation has any more chance of doing it than their last several dozen failures...

Real needs are taken care of by real companies, not scams like this!
