It's amazing to me that someone can claim (with a straight face) to be the "fastest and cheapest" option when they have never, even once, demonstrated the ability to "restore communications" under any cirsumstances, on any project timeline.
I guess if you have never done something some people feel that is evidence that you could have done it... and could have done it faster and cheaper than anyone else.
