I know... It's easy to brush it off as typical Xer behavior. But, I'm not so sure that's the case here. They are fully expecting to get something out of this, and I don't think it has anything to do with any trust distribution via a rediculous lawsuit. You just don't throw another $25k into the fire unless you just creating smoke to go along with the mirrors.

I just have no idea what it could possibly be.
