If the O/S was reduced by 100,000,000 shares. Does that mean that they had to buy them off the open market? How did they pull back 100 million shares from the public shares?

New theory....

Maybe this is why we have such strong support at .007 and the news is taking so long. It makes sense that if a company is trying to reduce O/S (and if I'm right that means they have to buy up float or pull in restricted shares) then they would want to do this as cheap as possible. It only makes sense that they would not release news that would catipult the stock so they can continue to reduce the O/S at a substantial discount. As long as traders continue to lose patience then the company can soak up as many shares at cheap prices until they decide to release news.

Any thoughts on this?
