I agree. There are precious few ways for investors to protect themselves against the rampant greed that is displayed by these OTC BB companies. Gagging a T/A under any circumstances, to me is just adding fuel to a very bad situation. If a company has to pay a small fee for inquiries to the legal size of their O/S, that should just be the cost of doing Business for any public company. IMO

It in no way makes any sense to me to allow public companies to gag
there T/A or any other information that must be made available to the public as I`m sure all public companies have to agree to when they become public. Sorry I`m rambling here now.
At any rate thanks for your reply, I do very much appreciate your opinion.
