Remember once again: Urbie didn't create a class of preferred with super voting powers, so if he wants to keep control of the company in his and his family's hands, for every share sold into the market he has to issue one for himself.

Around 500billion shares sold into the market since March 25, 2004 after subtracting the sell trades. ????????????
