Fine, I'm finding out. Think of it in terms of ERAS probably installs an agent on the client and that is tied to the licensing of the seat.
It would be wonderful for the automaker if it works as you and awk suggest. Buy 100k licenses and they are good on the server to manage any 100k seats forever!
