Wave license on a per seat basis, so if the customer buys a new machine and throw out the old one, the customer doesn't have to buy an additional seat. But you are right, the 7,5 per SED AND the maintenance is in our pocket.....
Ispro, I don't agree with your statement, assuming I understand what you are mean.
Each ERAS license is assigned to one specific machine and is good only for the life cycle of that machine. Ie., when the customer buys any new machine they have to purchase a new ERAS license for that machine...an ERAS license is non-transferable from an existing ERAS-licensed PC to a new PC that replaces it or any other PC. I assume there is some way the software provider IDs each machine for licensing purposes. When the automaker replaces at the end of 2012 a machine they just bought at the end of 2009, they have to buy a new ERAS license for it. Perhaps if it can be shown that a PC is being replaced under warranty as the result of a hardware defect, then that's different and the software licenser probably permits the transfer of a license from an existing PC to the new one replacing it.
