If you think its not a big deal then thats your opinion as I think the ongoing onslaught of form 4's and preplanned sales are a HUGE DEAL, and harms the hell out of our stock performance, and its time to have it halted and fiduciary responsibility put in place to enhance repeat enhance shareholder value not diminish it via officers getting rich on our back. Does anyone pay you and pay your taxes so you want have to pay them through excessive pay?

You got me on that one, Mickey. As much as we dislike bonuses paid via stock options, I believe it is a common practice in public companies, is it not?
