No big deal, the lawyers didn't do it pro-bono and are fulfilling their obligations by rectifying the situation. This doesn't fall on MB, hence his casual response. It doesn't leave me unsettled at all, just business as usual. If any joe could write a 900 page application we wouldn't even have to use lawyers!
