This isn't a big deal, and they will be addressed. That parts is a non-issue. Buy...

MBB's reaction leaves me cold:

"...This was not in our control and my understanding is it has since been addressed..."

How was part of the most important application in the history of the company not in the CEO's control?!?

I would have much preferred him to say there were a few minor issues, they will be corrected, and that as CEO he takes FULL RESPONSIBILITY. I don't like the duck and weave, blame the other (unnamed) guy. It may well not have been the CEO's fault, but be a stand up leader, take responsibility, and move on.
