There are 100's of investors that back you, your opinion and your research and VAEV and SPNG. Do not be deterred by a form letter threat from a 4th tier law firm that has apparent ties to these scams.

Do not give up the fight. If the SEC is too burdened to protect shareholders, someone has to step up to the plate.

I can only hope your message is reaching the DOJ where the real justice lies.
