Can you defame a company that hasn't traded shares in several days?

Clearly the management thinks that all the possible investors in this company would originate from I-Hub and other message boards through a publicity campaign created by the hiring of stock promotion individuals to generate interest. Otherwise, why focus on a post made here days ago when the market in the stock itself is nonexistent. where are all the other investors who bought into this great business plan of theirs:

Raise capital in a shell and paper mill shares and then use the capital raised to buy into a pre-existing yet undefined business as your business plan. Clearly right now you can't defame a company that doesn't yet know what it does.

Moscowitz must be losing his mind.

personal Note to Mosco...It is called freedom of speech. And since this is a statement of my opinion i have every right to claim it. If you want to prove my opinion wrong, it takes a 10K that shows you actually have a business (and no falsifying records here).
