I don’t think anyone has completed a time line outline, so here goes:

Merger/acquisition of Bioharp – On 10-01-2009 (PR) LOI signed 30-60 days to finalize merger 10-31-2009 to 11-30-2009 actual 69 days with acquisition Done 12-09-2009

Pink sheet stop sign removed – On 10-06-2009 (PR) One week deadline given 10-13-2009 not sure when changed, Done stop sign gone and Yield sign up

New website – On 12-10-2009 (Q&A) estimate given of 30 days which is 01-09-2010

KFDA Approval – On 12-21-2009 (PR) estimate given of 6-8 weeks which is 02-01-2010 to 02-15-2010

Finalize the end product design – On 12-21-2009 (PR) finish for initial sales start 01-01-2010 to 03-31-2010

Initial sales – On 12-10-2009 (Q&A) sales to vets, equine, and horticulture markets to start 01-01-2010 to 03-31-2010

Manufacturing Partners – On 10-22-2009 (PR) Working with Mr. Lee to secure manufacturing relationships in process no specific timeline found

Up listing – On 12-21-2009 (PR) complete audited financials within the first quarter of 2010 in order to gain a listing on a higher exchange.

FDA approval – On 12-21-2009 (PR) Initialize programs in U.S. to establish the necessary criteria for submission to the FDA ongoing

BioHarp Training program – On 12-21-2009 (PR) establish training standards ongoing

I’m sure I forgot some but this is a nice starting point.
