I bought my first 1000 around $8-9 in 99. Besides the shares I have earned trading Wave I added over 10x that amount in Oct. to my core position with my own money and have been adding since as i hope many others have also. So if I missed out with at least $50K back in the Bubble(Alas Alot More than I care to remember) like many others here $6-8 would be nice for a start.
