A lot of the restricted shares as well as money were used in the purchase of the BioHarp.
Before the purchase there were 17,671,432 restricted shares and then on 10/5/2009 it jumped to around 317,671,431 and as of 12/10/2009 it's been sitting at the 608,099,263 mark. They probably added 300,000,000 figuring that's what they would need for a merger and then when it turned into a "purchase" they needed another 300,000,000.
So, I would guess that close to all of the restricted shares were used for the purchase and they are locked up until October/November 2010. That is 61% of the total stock.
