I'm passing for now ...

on the basis of the debt default in last 10Q and no update to indicate other than seizure of assets and termination of operations may result (as clearly stated in last 10Q in Section II Part 3).

If they also defaulted on December payment, they are over 90 days past due.

I need to see clear evidence of a turn-around (or at least a plan that makes sense) before I'd buy.

I'm also a little concerned about the lack of advertising for client mentioned. Is that an obligation not being met under contract?
