I mean they are trying to argue that they should not be dragged into this because it's between JPMC and not anybody else. Are you kidding me? They are the one's {FDIC, OTS, Treasury} that seized and sold Washington Mutual. This is unbelivable. Read on my fellow Wamuer's...Read on... Unbelivable. This might be the best yet.

Lookslike the FDIC is ABSOLUTELY NOT WANTING TO GIVE UP INFORMATION. I WONDER WHY....
