Consider this; I have lost thousands in this company, a few more hundred won't matter much to me to force action.

At last count there was about 185 shareholders; lets deduct for DM and his croonies and you have roughly 175 shareholders. At 200 hundred dollars a piece; we can hire one hell of a legal team if all of this comes together.
