- JB hasn't told him whether or not the machine has been fully assembled or how thoroughly tested it has been. He has however been told multiple times and in very concrete words that it works exactly as it should.

My question.............If we are not sure the machine is tested or even fully built, how can anyone be sure that it works exactly as it should?
