Selling Shares Under the Bid?

THAT WAS THEN....the last six months or so..

Have worked with CYSG since it was practically dormant and at .0003 then go on through its rise to over .007+.

At one point CYSG was closing or consolidating its ops in Europe and basically taking in a multi-million dollar rewrite to its books for the past three or four years. No news that whole time!

THIS IS NOW....

In today's world CEOs hardly have to to answer to shareholders. Their money comes from the SELL side of the stock and you, the share(bag)holder are merely dealing in an aftermarket, that is not truly connected to any dealings of the company.

My guess, in answer to your question, about selling under the bid, is the stock is headed to the lowest levels possible.

I have watched another stock, OPGX pushed down to .0002 and .0001 with sales in the hundreds of millions at .0001 between brokers and then sold to the public at .0002 or .0003, markups which are 100 or 200%! An ultimate dilution headed toward 20 billion shares outstanding.

That scenario finally is ending... OPGX announced they are giving all licensing rights to PRMN, which is nothing more than a shell company, probably controlled by associates of the CEO. So ownership has other forms.

The comparative scenario postulated here is CYSG might become used for the same fate, with finally a massive dilution by a CEO intent not so much on providing you with an income, but with providing some insulation for the rest of his existing corporate empire though pressuring a stock to levels where returns between off the book associates are always a multiple and they walk with your money.
