Just in closing: I am sure you are proud to be an "American," but if you have not already found out, the law favors the wealthy and connected.

Have you noticed how Weil (and litigation atty) had these wonderful and extraordinary causes of actions in their pleading, BUT not following through? All of the sudden Rosen continues to say, Commons will NOT have recovery.

Why with these allegations against JPM, FDIC, etc., there will be no recovery for commons? If they followed through, the commons will reape to most upside imaginable.

We will see how WMI/JMP/FDIC try to bury this.
