In July of 2009 DDSS received a CRL from the FDA that said they couldnt approve Trazodone due to issues with the manfacturing facility it was going to use to produce Trazodone.

On October 7th FDA said that DDSS had resolved all issues with the facility and they approved it.

Yorville advisors(a major player on wallstreet) have agreed to pay DDSS OPEN MARKET price for shares they aqurie whenever DDSS needs cash. So if the PPSS is $5 for 10 days then Yorkville will buy shares at a %5 discount at $4.75. They give DDSS cash for those shares ANYTIME they want it. This shows ALOT of confidence from a Wallstreet firm. They obviously know DDSS is about to make some major moves.

A partnership should be announced for Trazodone anyday now. In the last CC CEOs exact words were "Going to the question on the Trazadone side, we're at a very advanced stage of discussion with respect to potential partnerships. The approach that we will take into the market-- the really nice thing about it is it offers us a variety of ways of accessing the market. I think you can expect us to move on that ahead of launch to be as prepared as possible-- sorry ahead of approval to be as prepared as possible for launch. We would like to take it into the market as rapidly as we can. And ... not appropriate that I give you more detail at this point, but ... so why don't I stop there." Pretty obvious from that statement.


Load the boat here people. The writing is on the wall. I have been pounding the table on this since the $1.40 area. I will see you all about 500% in the future FDA approval coming on Feb 11th and a partnership announcement anyday now!
