I was thinking about putting some information together about 1 specific stock in which I strongly believe NITE has naked short exposure to. I was then going to send certificated letters to the heads over at Knight, about my reasoning for such.

I figured if this is done, then when it finally breaks that NITE does have exposure, Thomas Joyce can’t claim he didn’t know, and play dumb, perhaps in front of congress. Furthermore, I could also include in the letter, a question about whether he learned of this Toxic NSS OTCBB problem, before or after he dumped 1 Million Dollars worth of NITE Stock 2 weeks ago. Hes going to have a tough time pleading a case he didn’t know, when just a week later he dumped, he moved James Smyth, VP and head of BD group, to be “Senior Relationship officer”. LOL, how pathetic!!!! Joyce wouldn’t fire the guy, so he just made him Relationship Officer. To funny…unless you actually own this stock.
