Here lies one of the problems - gyns still prefer in most cases to send patients for counseling about the test and there aren't too many genetic counselors. Second, did you see the language of the ACOG guidelines? it hardly recommends the test for unaffected. Besides, if an unaffected woman has more than one positive relative, she is considered at risk anyhow and you'd be surprised how many unaffected woman don't do the test because they don't want to know or afraid from the implications.

Yes, but campaigns and reps cost a lot. So, I think MYGN needs more time and money to promote the test in this segment.
