I beleive that there will be no mention of wamu until a settlement. The last thing Weil/JPM/FDIC want is attention brought to the heist. Part of the WMI reluctancy of an EC is just that, they will be scrutinized to no end.
Wamu will triumph, I beleive this whole heartedly, at this point even though I could use a settlement I want it to go to court, any idiot on a jury panel would se right through this.
