Usually a review of mergers under fda stipulations takes upto 90 days i believe..intrestingly though, the book page I had posted a few days ago from a pdf that was about mergers and acquistions..mentioned something like '' the company has to raise enough capital to last through the review process'' as THEY CAN NOT RAISE CAPITAL DURING THE REVIEW PROCESS, AND THEY CAN NOT SHARE INFORMATION.......................................................get your heads working people...bobby is not talking to us, toms hates to pick up, website is fully updated..................and the A/S is now 4 billion...whats acquiring what? dont care dont know all i see is big benjamins in my TD account.
