an update from Jebbie:

''Bringing this back from the dead again. We still have no word about the audited financials, but I feel that shouldn`t be where I focus needs to be right now. It has been brought to my attention that the A/S has increased on Dec. 15 per pinksheets.com. I have been doing a little reading here and have learned that any increase in A/S needs to have been done with the approval vote from shareholders. I found that information from investopedia.com. Aside from not seeing or hearing about any such vote for the increase, I think we should be more interested in knowing why the A/S has increased. According to my research, companies, many times increase the A/S to avoid a hostile take over or for new business ventures, such as aquiring another company, funding for various reasons within the company. In other words, to raise capital for the company to expand. Hmmm Think we all need to be looking there, so lets get off our lazy butts and do some serious DD and put our heads together. This could be turning out to be a very serious play within the very near future. Go Cape!!! ''

its what we have been saying folks, im telling you, clear your heads and read between the lines with open eyes, you will see mer..g...er.................................dot dot dot..
