sure it does...when the company is a non reporting shell with no business at all..I'd day that is a little worse....the connections that the people on CAPE's BoD have are enormous deep seeded.


why is the A/S so high...double what it was since the first run up...and we AREN't at no bid?? Why do we even have any levels of stability maintained at all considering the original A/S was in the millions and we were trading at lower levels than this....
CYSG is connected to cash up the wazoo..they need to 'scam' no one....imo
