Try using it on a car from New England with lots of road salt
and dirt. It may work fine on cars sitting in a new car lot that get driven once a week that have also been recently detailed, but
it does a crap job on a dirty car that hasn't been washed in months.

Never had that problem with the car washing sponge, and everyone I know whos used one only had good things to say.
