The thing that we were all missing is that the A/S went from 3B to 20B only because of cash infusion. If you have a truck load of cash in your hand how can you hide it in plain sight? Convert it in to Shares. Outstanding shares value as not changed, only appears to be diluted. Humphries won’t need to buy back shares, just transfer paper value. The icing on the cake is he reorganized the software company to a multifaceted media company which each subsidiary I’m assuming is profitable. BINGO!
