I'll give you an example:

AMHD CEO bought 600 mil shares back on a 5 bil O/S (or about 15%).
The stock responded by going 0.0003 to 0.0011 and still itching to go more...

So if Humpty announces an A/S reduction, and even a share buyback...

no reason this can't go back to 0.001-0.002....
