Market 99 was specifically named, so there's a major liability on the books. It's really a dead shell since no one's going to take it over and pay the restitution. There could be money in the corporate accounts but that's highly unlikely. I'm sure there's also a list of creditors that they stiffed.

If someone wanted to move the dollar store concept further, they're better off finding a clean shell.
