how to upload a picture..

create a snapshot of it.
to do this
click on the screen you want
press and hold ALT then hit print screen at the same time.
then open up windows paint - hit paste then crop the picture and save it some where.
then

go to this link
http://images.investorshub.advfn.com/boards/pix_upload.aspx

find the picture you want

upload it and copy & paste the link it creates to the post.
