Some are not so naive. If it were as simple as that, he wouldn't have diluted his own stock several times. Since he filed the Form 15, he is not required to file S-8's, SB-2 forms or disclose REGDEX forms to the public. Before he decreased his transparency, there was a pattern.
How do people allow themselves to believe he is planning to get the PPS over a dollar after he himself just diluted it 20 fold? If you are in contact with him, you may as well ask for an update on his promise to release financials in July 2009. I think some are still waiting.
