In fact, with the franchise concept,

With QMC supplying the Quantum Dots,

you could have separate Solterra franchisees for
each continent, under the local stock exchange
With separate Printer factories locally. I believe
that each continent could support a Solterra Factory.

Each time a new Solterra/Franchisee is listed, current U.S.
shareholder would get stock in that new company.
(I know, I'm dreaming!)

With this model, you get the benefit of local
currency to work with, and No U.S. Taxes for the Franchisee
because it would be a foreign company, not a U.S. subsidiary.
Solterra could choose the countries with the best combo of
work force, customer base, tax advantages, etc.
U.S. Solterra will get a yearly franchise or sublicensee fee
Franchisee buys QD materials from QMC. Both would pay taxes
on that income.

It is definitely replicatible like a franchise. I wonder if its been done with a manufacturing company before? Usually a company establishes a factory where costs are cheapest and ships worldwide. This concept is to establish the factory close to the local market to reduce shipping costs and time from start to customer. These solar panels can be customized to the latitude, the amount of sun and UV and IR. Why not produce them where they will be used? There will be a factory in AZ, I presume, because testing is to be done there, the headquarters and the main scientist are there. We think there is/will be a factory in Jeddah Saudi Arabia, too.

Ih8aloss had the idea that we would be on the London or Dubai
stock exchanges - this is one way it could happen.
