Solterra buys quantum dots from Quantum Materials Corp.
just like McDonalnds franchisees buy hamburger from parent
Macdonalds.

Why 2 companies? because both will be home runs and you will get
twice the benefit. You spinoff something that can stand by itself and grow, so its stock will grow.

Sqires wants to build through pre-selling and building/producing to order. Self-financing, low debt, low inventory, low overhead.
Who can argue with that?
