Trust me. He wants us to be very happy at the Grand Opening. I think the acquisition has something to do with Germany. He's been very silent on that trip. And I think he went after another $3M in financing because he didn't want to wait on the S1 approval at this point.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
