CSLI.PK (.0009) 1/8/2010
Critical Solutions (CSLI.PK) a prime candidate to benefit from several key developments

1/8/2010 (BAYSTREET NEWSWIRE) The demand for renewable energy means one thing: Companies that can deliver on this promise will benefit tremendously in 2010and the years to come, courtesy of the public’s calls for action and President Obama’s leadership about the same.

Critical Solutions (CSLI.PK) looks like a prime candidate to benefit from all of these developments. The company’s emphasis on alternate powered systems that utilize solar panels, wind turbines and hydrogen fuel cells – all of these innovations are at the very heart of the economic stimulus bill, which promises to make energy independence a top priority.

Here’s the bottom line: as oil prices increase –and as the cost of gasoline spikes – consumers will accelerate their interest in renewable energy. From the Southwest to the Mountain states to California, Oregon and Washington, the signs of energy renewal are everywhere: solar panels, wind farms and more.

For example, demand for solar energy has grown at nearly 30% per year over the past 15 years; and that figure - coupled with innovations of the kind pioneered by CSLI.PK - should skyrocket in 2010. More importantly, a host of different businesses – from real estate to high-tech to medicine to government - want renewable energy.

Businesses are the forefront of propelling demand for services of the sort CSLI.PK provides. Consider the following:

- Companies have boosted clean energy purchases by 46% a year since 2003

- Corporation shave increased their green power purchases twenty-fivefold since 2001

- Businesses have expanded their use of wind farms by 30% per year

- The appetite for clean energy is running 37% ahead of supply, a figure that directly benefits CSLI.PK

CSLI.PK also supplies alternative energy trailer systems to defense contractors and federal agencies. Once again, stimulus money already earmarked for these projects – and the White House and Congress will ratchet up calls for renewable energy in this month’s State of the Union address – works to the immediate advantage of CSLI.PK.

Translation: more stimulus spending means more renewable energy; and more contracts with government agencies (and their suppliers) mean more business for CSLI.PK. The federal monies for these projects must be spent; and companies that address these needs – and CSLI.PK is one such company – should enjoy a profitable relationship for 2010.

Consider, further, the international growth opportunities for CSLI.PK. Green energy is already part of the economic and political landscape among members of the European Union, a fact that strengthens the long-term success for CSLI.PK. (The company has a relationship with Tecnobit S.L., an industrial electronic and defense company headquartered in Madrid, Spain.) The EU is committed to the principles outlined in the Kyoto Protocol, promoting a rapid transfer to renewable energy (geothermal, wind power, solar power, bio fuels) and that is reason alone to highlight CSLI.PK. And, in 2010, the EU will seek to have renewable energy equivalent to 12% of the total EU’s energy consumption. That statistic is a virtual invitation for more business for CSLI.PK.

2010 looks to be a green year – for the environment and investors. The latter can make profits by focusing on companies that already have relationships with key governmental agencies and actors in this space. With domestic spending dedicated to this issue – and with foreign nations already committed to implementing the Kyoto Protocol – renewable energy is now a fact of life. CSLI.PK seems to be poised to harness these developments. Recent price activity in the stock seems to suggest excitement about these events. We continue to believe renewable energy will be part of the vernacular, among citizens and investors, in both the short-term and over the course of this new decade.
