I don't think Commons will move north until an EC is a done deal. We may even open red tomorrow, as a few will be concerned that it won't get formed. I also don't put anything past Weil, God knows what kind of statements they are going to make that could adversely affect the pps.

However, when an EC is formed and approved - then imo Commons are going to see the reaction, as well as other classes.
