Playing with the numbers a bit on the $5.7 million order,

I backed into a total of around 115,000 seats, 45,000 in year 1,
50,000 in year 2 and 20,000 in year 3. Seats appear to be priced around $43 each, including 1st year maintenance.

An 5% annual maintenance fee appears will be paid on the anniversary date of the original order ($250K in years 4 and 5) bringing the total billed over the five years to approximately $5.7 million.
