You are seriously ignoring what Phillip Offill and his co-conspirators did just as you have done with Urban and his, and placing the blame elsewhere. The SEC provides warnings on their site to inform and protect shareholders just like the FDA does with consumer warnings. It is up to you to inform yourself and read labels etc., so no harm comes to you.
