Egads man! what Planet are you from? You obviously, just as with everything else, do not understand the job of these Organizations which you want to blame for your own foolishness, greed and stubbornness. Just as obviously, you have no concept of ethics and real morality. A bank robber is not justified in robbing an unprotected bank. Would you maintain that if you should come across a dead person on the street it would be OK to rifle their wallet, purse watches & jewelry because they aren't protecting themselves and there isn't anyone around to watch over them?
Just as most banks protect themselves with a variety of security measures, thus preventing most robberies; you had the opportunity to protect yourself by doing genuine DD, heeding the warnings the SEC has posted, or at least paying attention to those who did see the danger signals and issued clear warnings. Those people would be the 100% correct in every respect bashers, IQ1. But, you, in your infinite stupidity, disregarded everything from any source that could have saved you money. No one owes you a bleeping thing ... except scorn.

This trial should include the Organizations that are meant to protect the public and should be accountable for failing in their obligations. If they ensured this was not possible and done their job we would not be having any trials today.
