First of all I am not completely certain that you know what makes up a scam so let me explain that a little.

A scam is something where a company has no products, no sales, and no intention of developing products either. A scam is something that is fraudulant from the beginning and its only intent is to separate people from their investment money.

Eternal Image does not fit into any of these parameters and I think that you probably know that for a fact. If you will take a little time to answer the following questions I am sure that you will realize that a mistake has been made in calling Eternal Image a scam.

1. Do scams file timely audited financials?
2. Do scams have signed license agreements with Major League
Baseball, Precious Moments, Collegiate Licencing Company, CBS
(Star Trek), American Kennel Club, Cat Fanciers etc?
3. Do scams have manufacturing partners like Wilbert, Waterloo,
and Cherokee Child Caskets?

Just because some of their goals for 2009 have not been met YET does not qualify Eternal Image as a SCAM by any stretch of the imagination. They have met all the goals that they have put out but maybe not by the artificial time lines that we the shareholders have placed on them. In other words when they say they are going to get something done it usually happens, just not as quick as we would like but it DOES HAPPEN EVENTUALLY.
