All most a week into 2010 and EI has still not come up with their promises they made in 2009.

It's not okay EI to make statements (Dangle Carrots) to everyone and just let them slide.

Management needs to be fired and company needs to be bought out by a reiable company.

This is got SCAM written all over it.
