Capitalist free market system rewards the CEO when things are looking good. This had to be voted on by the board of directors so they obviously rewarded these two directors based on several things.

1. Opening of the new facilities in Las Vegas Jan. 22
2. New contract with Blue Cross-VERY BULLISH
3. Future acquistions, new customers and contracts
that the co. will be releasing in future news events.

This is why the stock has been going up and will continue to do so this year and there is nothing wrong with compensation when you are producing results like Matthew is doing!
