That's a pretty lame example.

Ever try to get the weather man to stand 100% behind his forecasts? Good luck with that. The same is true with charts. They tell you what might happen not what is for sure 100% certain guaranteed going to happen.

On the other hand, if Watson delivers what he forecasts he will deliver, it is for sure 100% certain guaranteed that the stock price will go higher. However, the chart (short term) is saying it ain't gonna happen soon.
